This program will decode morse code coming from your short-wave receiver Extensive attention as been paid to efficiency and to robustness. With a 286/12 and a Sound-Blaster 2.0, it operates at about 10kHz and gives me 100% accuracy on good quality signals and good quality (!) key operators. It does not require any special hardware or short-wave receiver capabilities; a simple dynamic microphone hooked to your Sound-Blaster will do the job
